Some cute conversations

On Wednesday we had to eat dinner without Jorge. So I served the kids grilled chicken, rice and steamed veggies (and cheese on the side for Adreana's tacos). I had told them I had burned the chicken... meaning I overdried it and it wasn't as juicy as other times. Anyway Benjamin loves this meal so as soon as he started eating he turned to me and said "mama, this meal is great. Thank you for cooking it for me." and as I basked in this proud mama moment Adreana said, "Yes, Mama and this cheese you made is the best thing we are eating."
