I know I haven't posted in a while but life has been an emotional roller coaster the past couple of weeks.
First even though our trip to Honduras was stupendous, I had the scare of my life when the lady at the American Embassy said I needed more papers in order to get my visa. She asked for originals so I had to have Jorge FedEx me some and spent a great deal of my last week there having to work on that instead of enjoying my trip. I also got a great deal of fear which is not like me so I know it was an attack but we got through it and Praise God I got a different consul on my last visit to the embassy!!! So I am now home!
Today is also my father's birthday. Unfortunately today is also the day the Lord decided to take my uncle to be with him. He will be missed but we know he is in a better place and probably starting a soccer game as we speak. Adios Tio Chando, see you soon.
Anyway I have been busy making scrapbook pages (needed to get some challenges done - plus I missed it tons while I was away) and some have pictures from my trip to Honduras so I thought I would post some here:

A flower from my parents garden.

At the beach

Tela. I had forgotten how beautiful it really is.

Another flower from my moms garden.

One of my favorite pictures! My beautiful niece and my mom. I so enjoyed meeting this little one. It made all the embassy stuff and the tough moments with Tio Chando so worth it. Her smile lights up a room, especially when she was smiling at Benjamin. He still smile when he sees her picture.
