Yesterday after speech his teacher tells me that they had had a discussion about the Alamo. She said she told him that she had been to the Alamo too and he said that they must be talking about two different places because he was sure he and I went to the Alamall not the Alamo. So she insisted that she thought it was the same place and asked him if it was in Texas to which he replied, "No, in San Antonio".
In my defense, we did go through the Mall to get to the Alamo and we still haven't studied the US yet. :)
From our recent trip to San Antonio when we decided to join Dad on his business trip! We love this about homeschooling. Although after staying at the Hyatt and enjoying hotel access to the riverwalk it will be hard to visit San Antonio any other way :).
